Not sure why this hotel has so many bad reviews. I had great experience here. The location is very convenient to French Quarter but also far enough to avoid loud noises and crazy crowds at night. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. They provide cleaning service everyday, I always came back to hotel room with my bed is made which I don't see that anymore in any other 4 stars hotel. They provide refreshments at the front desk and morning coffee everyday. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Magnolia to any travelers.

the building and rooms are beautiful. the staff accommodated a special request that we had, which was very nice. and the person at the front when I checked in early went above and beyond to get me into a room earlier than I otherwise would have been able to by offering an available room that was different from my original booking. this was so appreciated because I was trying to work remotely and needed a place to settle in to do so. thank you!

Location is pretty good. Close to the center but just far enough back so its quietly comfortable. Staff could not do enough to help, as in nothing was too much trouble. Attached restaurant some delicious food and very reasonably priced. Great mini fitness center.

The location was very good. There was plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping locations in walking distance. Also, its only a short 10 minute walk to the French Quarters. Bed linens and bathrooms were fresh. The rooms did not smell lof a stale hotel.

The location was perfect!! We were able to walk to any certain place with no difficulty. Checking in was easy and customer service was absolutely amazing. Adam and Gwen made our stay far past any expectations. Rooms were cozy and clean.
